Directions

1. Gather all of your ingredients.

2. Pre-heat your oven now so it’s ready to go later. 325°F

3. Measure your oats and place them in the large mixing bowl. Set to the side.

4. Measure coconut oil and place in microwavable bowl.

5. Measure honey in the same measuring cup (helps prevent it from sticking) and place in microwavable bowl with the coconut oil.

6. Microwave on low until ¾ of the oil has melted. We don’t want it to be hot, just warm enough to melt the oil. (melts at 76°F) Stir well, until no large pieces of oil are left. *

7. Add salt and cinnamon. Stir well.

8. Pour mixture over the oats in the mixing bowl. Mix with spoon or spatula until all of the oats are evenly covered.

9. Pour onto sheet tray and spread mixture out evenly.

10. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes, stirring the oats halfway through.

11. Let cool for 20 minutes. Then enjoy!

* If replacing coconut oil for a different oil that is a liquid at room temperature, there is no need to microwave.
