Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County will be hosting a Food Preservation Series which will include the following topics: Boiling Water & Steam Canning, Pressure Canning, Fermenting & Dehydrating, and Jams & Jellies.

Boiling Water & Steam Canning will be held on September 6th 1:30 pm at 9:30 am. Learn how to safely preserve high acid foods using boiling water and steam canning. Cost is $15.00.

Pressure Canning will be held on September 20th at 9:30 am. Learn how to safely preserve low acid foods using a pressure canner. Cost is $15.00.

Jams & Jellies will be held on October 18th at 9:30am. Learn how to make jams and jellies from fresh and frozen fruits. Cost is $15.00.

Fermenting & Dehydrating will be held on November 1st at 9:30am. Learn how to ferment vegetables and see a demonstration on dehydration. Cost is $15.00.
