Starting Shiitake Mushrooms

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County will be holding a "Starting Shiitake Mushrooms" workshop on Friday, July 10, at 3:00 pm. This program is perfect for the very beginner as well as the enthusiast who might want to learn other techniques of raising shiitake mushrooms. There will be a limited number of bolts available for participants to take home. Bolts are $20 a piece and must be paid for at the time of registration. Pre-registration is required.
