Breakfast parfaits are a fantastic way to start out your day with a healthy meal. They include food from three of the five food groups - fruit, dairy, and grains – are very easy to make, and can be customized to whatever your preferences are (or whatever you have in the house!).
1. Cut fruit into bite-size pieces.
2. Place fruit in the bottom of the cup or bowl.
3. Spoon yogurt on top of the fruit.
4. Spoon cereal on top of the yogurt, and enjoy!
