CCE Commercial Kitchen

Are you a small farm producer looking to add value to your products, a hobby chef wanting to go public with a delicious recipe, or preparing food for your business and in need of a commercial kitchen?

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County in Warrensburg, NY is renting our commercial kitchen space. While our kitchen primarily serves as the home base for the numerous nutrition and food related workshops offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension, it is also available for rent on a limited basis for a wide range of activities. Our kitchen includes a commercial stove and double oven, commercial refrigerator and freezer, 3-bay sanitation area, food prep area and some equipment may be provided.

To rent the CCE Kitchen, please contact Barb Galusha at bdg92@cornell.edu. An application / rental agreement will be sent to you via mail, email or click on this link. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will contact you to confirm your reservation and to set up an orientation. Proof of liability insurance must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event date. The kitchen is available only when the space is not being used for CCE programming, and reservations are available on a first come, first served basis.
