If during this time at home you find yourself looking for something new to try, why not dive into the world of bread baking and even make it a family adventure by bringing the kids into the kitchen. What’s that you say? You don’t have any yeast at home and can’t find it at the store. Well you can still make bread at home! 

Sourdough Bread is made from the yeast naturally found on flour, the surface of fruit, and in the air and can easily be started right on your kitchen counter. During several resting periods, the fermentation process even creates added health benefits. If you want something with a little more instant gratification, making a quick bread at home can be as easy as using your favorite local craft beer. Beer Bread uses the carbon dioxide and traces of yeast in beer to create a unique, delicious bread that enhances your favorite craft flavors.
