Mediterranean Cooking Class

The cooking and eating habits of residents of the Mediterranean region have been garnering some attention of late, due to the notable health benefits associated with consumption of their traditional foods. Come and learn more about Mediterranean diets, as we talk and cook through a fun, interactive hour and a half program that will also include a sampling of a Mediterranean dish!

There is no cost for this program, but pre-registration is required.
